LeKoky is run by Lenka Zidkova. This page explains what personal information is collected when you visit lekoky.co.uk or buy from it, and what happens to it.

What is collected

When you order: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, and what you bought. Card details are handled by the payment provider. LeKoky never sees your full card number.

When you sign up for emails: your email address.

When you visit: basic device information, such as your browser and IP address, collected by cookies.

Why it is used

To make and deliver your order, to answer your messages, to send emails you have signed up for, and to keep the website working and safe.

Who it is shared with

Shopify, which runs this website and checkout, and the payment and delivery companies needed for your order. Your information is never sold.

Emails

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of each email.

How long it is kept

Order records are kept for 6 years, as UK tax law requires. Email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

This website uses cookies so the shop and basket work, and to see how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Email info@lekoky.co.uk.
